Delete it yourself

• iPhone or Android app: More, then Settings, then Delete account.
• Website: sign in at whelpdesk.littlewolves.com, open Settings, then Delete Account.

You can download your data first from the same Settings screen. You type DELETE to confirm, and the account is gone within a minute.

Can't sign in?

Email woof@whelpdesk.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• • Your login and profile, and your team's access to your kennel
• • Dogs, heat cycles, breedings, progesterone readings, litters, puppies and weights
• • Health records, families and guardian homes, documents, daily logs, tasks and enrichment logs
• • Every photo, video and file you uploaded
• • Your usage analytics

If you are on another kennel's team, deleting your account removes you from that team. The kennel and its records stay with its owner.

What is kept, and why

• Payments by card: your subscription is cancelled when you delete, with no refund for the unused part of the billing period. Invoices and payment records stay with our payment processor (Stripe) as billing and tax records.
• Payments through Apple:we cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. Cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple's purchase notices stay in our records for refunds and disputes, no longer linked to any account.
• A server log line for each deletion: the date, an internal account number, whether a subscription was cancelled and how many files were removed. Never your name or email.
